Tasks

Tasks are the individual work items in XOS.

Create and update

Add a task with a title and priority, optionally linked to a project. Update its status as you work; completing a task marks it Done and is recorded in the timeline.

Views

Browse tasks across the workspace or inside a project, with search and a priority filter to focus on what matters.

Automation

Task events can trigger Automations, such as notifying the team when a task is completed.
