Automations

Automations are rules: a trigger, optional conditions and one or more actions.

Triggers

Task created, task completed, memory added, document created, project created, goal created, and file uploaded.

Conditions

Narrow when a rule runs, for example only when a task's priority is High, or a title contains a word.

Actions

• Send notification. Post a notification to the workspace.
• Store memory. Save a memory about the event.
• Create task. Create a follow-up task.
• Update project progress. Recompute progress from the project's tasks.

Manage rules

Create a rule, edit it later, turn it on or off, and delete it. The page shows how many times each rule has run.
