Projects

Projects are the top-level container for work in XOS.

Create a project

Choose New project. The wizard has two steps: name and description with a category, then a goal, an optional deadline and a priority. Projects appear as cards showing their progress and deadline.

Inside a project

Open a project to see its own tasks, goals, docs, files, memory, agents, automations, analytics, notifications and timeline. The project chat answers using the project's context, including its goal.

Progress

Project progress is derived from its tasks, so it updates as tasks are completed. You do not enter it by hand.

Delete

Owners and admins can delete a project. Deleting is permanent.
