By using Xi-One, you agree to these terms. We've written them in plain language — no legal jargon.

Xi-One is provided by ANIX Tech, an early-stage startup based in Uttar Pradesh, India. These terms govern your use of Xi-One. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Xi-One, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use Xi-One.

These terms apply to all users of Xi-One, including free plan users, students, founders, creators, and anyone else who accesses the service.

2. About Xi-One

Xi-One is an AI assistant built by ANIX Tech. It allows users to:

  • —Have conversations with an AI across any topic
  • —Switch between expert personas (CEO, Investor, CTO, Marketer, Co-Founder, Business Analyst)
  • —Save and revisit chat history
  • —Manage their profile and usage in Settings
Xi-One is an early-stage product. Features may change, improve, or be removed over time. We will communicate significant changes through the app.

3. Eligibility

  • —You must be at least 13 years old to use Xi-One
  • —Users under 18 should have parental consent
  • —You must provide accurate information when creating your account
  • —You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account

4. Free plan and limits

Current free plan

  • —20 messages per day per account
  • —Full access to all 6 personas
  • —Full chat history storage
  • —Full Settings and profile features

Plan changes

Xi-One is currently free. In the future, we may introduce paid plans with higher limits or additional features. Free plan limits and features may change with notice.

5. Acceptable use

You may use Xi-One for any lawful purpose, including:

  • —Learning, studying, and research
  • —Writing, storytelling, and creative work
  • —Business planning and startup validation
  • —Coding help and technical questions
  • —Personal productivity and decision-making

You must not use Xi-One to:

  • —Generate illegal content of any kind
  • —Harass, threaten, or harm any person
  • —Spread misinformation or deliberately false information
  • —Attempt to reverse-engineer or hack Xi-One
  • —Create spam, phishing, or fraudulent content
  • —Violate any applicable Indian or international laws
  • —Use Xi-One on behalf of another person without their knowledge
Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

6. AI limitations and accuracy

Xi-One is an AI — it can make mistakes.

  • —Xi-One's responses are generated by AI and may not always be accurate
  • —Do not rely on Xi-One for medical, legal, or financial decisions without consulting a professional
  • —Xi-One's personas (CEO, Investor, etc.) are AI simulations — not real experts
  • —Always verify important information from authoritative sources

7. Intellectual property

Your content

You own the content you create using Xi-One. Your chat conversations belong to you. We do not claim ownership of what you write or create.

Xi-One's content

The Xi-One product, logo, design, and codebase are owned by ANIX Tech. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute Xi-One's interface or branding without permission.

8. Privacy

Your use of Xi-One is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights. By using Xi-One, you agree to our Privacy Policy.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • —You violate these Terms of Service
  • —Your account is used for illegal or harmful activities
  • —You attempt to abuse or exploit the service

You may delete your account at any time through Settings or by contacting us.

10. Disclaimers and liability

  • —Xi-One is provided "as is" — we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
  • —We are not liable for decisions made based on Xi-One's responses
  • —We are not liable for loss of data due to technical issues
  • —Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by Indian law
As an early-stage product, Xi-One may experience downtime, bugs, or unexpected behavior. We appreciate your patience as we improve.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Xi-One grows. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or via email. Continued use of Xi-One after changes means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Uttar Pradesh, India.
